5-Steps Apple Pie Tacos

INGREDIENTS :




– 4 peeled and sliced apples.

– 1/2 cup granulated sugar.

– 3 teaspoon cinnamon powder.

– 1/2 cup water.

– vegetable oil for frying.

– 1/2 c sugar-cinnamon mixture.

– 1 cup Whipped cream.

– 6 Large Flour tortillas.





INSTRUCTIONS:

– STEP 1- Place sliced apples, sugar water, and cinnamon powder in a saucepan.

– STEP 2- Cook on medium, stirring continuously for 7 minutes. Then for 2 more minutes covered.

– STEP 3- Meanwhile, heat vegetable oil in deep frying skillet, put tortilla circles, in the oil and fry for about 10-15 seconds (each side), until they become golden brown.

– STEP 4- Remove tortillas from the skillet, drain them and put some of the mixtures inside of the shell, and Sprinkle browned tortilla with sugar-cinnamon mixture.

– STEP 5- For the topping, use whipped cream and a little more of sugar-cinnamon mixture.
