Blooming Quesadilla Ring



* Ingredients 

° ¾ 1 kilo (750 g) chicken breast, cut into cubes

° 12 loaves of tortilla bread

° 1 cup (200 g) grated cheddar cheese

° 1 cup (200 g) grated mozzarella cheese

° 1 medium onion, finely chopped

° 2 tablespoons (30 ml) oil

° 1 tablespoon (12.5 g) butter at room temperature

° 1 teaspoon (5 g) of chicken spices or the seven spices

° ½ 1 teaspoon (2.5 g) paprika

° ½ 1 teaspoon (2.5 g) garlic powder

° Salt and black pepper

* Instructions : 


 On a medium heat, heat the oil a little, then add the butter, and stir until it melts. Add chicken, salt, black pepper, all spice, paprika, and garlic, and stir well until the chicken becomes golden brown. Cover the pot, and leave the chicken on a low heat for 20 minutes, until it becomes tender and the liquids dry. Roll out the tortilla, then put the chicken on half of the loaf. Spread the two types of cheese over the chicken, then fold the loaf to make a semicircle. Heat a non-stick frying pan, then place the quesadilla in the skillet. Place a frying pan or saucepan over the loaf, and leave it for two minutes until the cheese melts. Turn the loaf on the other side, and leave it for two minutes. Cut the loaf in half, then place the sandwiches on serving dishes, and serve hot with the salad
