Coconut-Pineapple Cake


A piece of cake is indispensable every day with a cup of tea in the morning breakfast or even in the evening, and therefore we need to diversify its ingredients and methods of work, and today my lady, we will introduce you to how to make a coconut and pineapple cake.


* Ingredients :


° 1 and 1/2 cup of flour

° 100 g butter

° 1 and 1/2 cup coconut

° 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

° Teaspoon baking powder

° 1/2 teaspoon salt

° A cup of sugar

° 3 eggs

° A small spoon of vanilla

° A cup of yogurt

° A can of pineapple cam-bod filtered with water


*instructions  :


Before preparing, turn on the oven, and grease the cake pan.

In another baking tray, put parchment paper and coconut on it until golden.

Then mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder together and salt.

Then mix the butter and sugar, until the consistency is creamy.

Add vanilla and then eggs gradually while still whisking.

Then reduce the speed and add the flour gradually, alternating with the yogurt, and keep whisking.

Then add pineapple and a cup of coconut, and put them with the mixture.

Then pour the mixture into the greased cake pan, and on top put the rest of the coconut, then put it in the oven until completely done.

Then leave it to cool and serve cold.
