Country Cabbage Rolls Straight




° 2 carrots

° 4 mint leaves

° 8 Green cabbage leaves

° 100 g Rice vermicelli



Wash the cabbage leaves and immerse them in boiling salted water for 10 minutes.

Peel and cut the carrots into thin sticks. Dip the rice vermicelli in salted boiling water for the time indicated on the package. Tap them and run them within cold water.

Chop the mint. Mix the carrots, vermicelli and mint. Season with salt and pepper then distribute this preparation in the center of the drained cabbage leaves.

Roll them into sausages then roll them in plastic wrap. Immerse them in boiling salted water for 5 minutes and enjoy them cold with soy sauce.
