* INGREDIENTS:
° 600 g of fresh salmon
° 2 egg yolks
° 3 medium potatoes
° 2 tablespoons of flour
° chives
° 1 red onion
° 1 bunch of cebettes
° 1 cucumber
° some cherry tomatoes
° 1 dozen walnuts
° pepper and salt
* INSTRUCTIONS :

Cook the potatoes and mash them. Combine the salmon. Add the 2 egg yolks, finely chopped chives. Add salt and pepper. Mix and knead the resulting dough. Form pancakes. Sprinkle them with flour on each side. Leave to rest for 21 min .
Fry patties in olive oil before golden brown.
Cut the red onion and the cebettes into thin rings. Sliced cucumber into 1/2 tranche . Cut the tomatoes in half. Mix everything. Make the sauce by mixing the yogurt with the vinegar, honey, salt and pepper.
Arrange the 2 patties, then the salad on each plate. Pour the sauce over everything and add a few nuts. Serve immediately .
