INGREDIENTS
650 g flank steak , sliced against the grain (or ribeye steak strip loin, strip steak … )
650 grams yellow potatoes, cut into quarters
2 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of butter
Five cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
A teaspoon of chopped rosemary
Salt and Pepper
Hot red pepper flakes (optional)
1/3 of a cup of soy sauce
A tablespoon of hot sauce
Fresh turkey pepper

To prepare the recipe, mix the beef slices with soy sauce, a spoonful of olive oil and pepper, then the hot sauce in a large bowl, then set it aside
Leave the meat slices in the marinade while we prepare the potatoes .
We take a large frying pan and put it on a medium heat and add a tablespoon of oil and a tablespoon of butter, then add the potato pieces. When the butter is melted, cook for four minutes, then cook for five minutes with stirring until the potato pieces become golden and soft, then transfer it to another dish and leave it aside .
And on the same pan over medium heat add two tablespoons of chopped garlic butter, hot red pepper flakes and chopped soft herbs, then put the slices of meat and cook for one minute on each side until it turns brown.
We cook the remaining marinade for one minute before the steaks are done
At the same time, we add the potato pieces to the pan next to the steak
After the potatoes are heated, remove them from the fire and decorate with a little hot pepper and fresh herbs. You can also sprinkle a little grated cheese .
