8 home remedies for thinning hair

8. Eggs

Like garlic, eggs are high in sulfur. It is also rich in phosphorous, selenium, zinc, iodine, and protein, all of which promote hair growth. The health site recommends mixing an egg white in a teaspoon of olive oil until the solution reaches a paste-like consistency. Massage the scalp with the home remedy and let it soak for 15-20 minutes.
