Apple Cinnamon Bread



Truly, the lightest, most delicious bread !! This great classic Apple Cinnamon Bread Recipe filled our home with the aroma of fall !! It's really easy to makes and can be enjoyed with coffee, tea, as a dessert, or just a quick bite, everybody will crave over it !! Definitely a keeper !!  


» all-purpose flour: 1 plus 1/2 C.

»  white sugar: 2/3 C.

» milk: 1/2 C.

» butter: 1/2 C. (softened)

» brown sugar: 1/3 C.

» egg: 2 WHOLE

» baking powder: 2 tsp.

» vanilla extract: 1 plus 1/2 tsp.

» ground cinnamon: 1 tsp.

» apple: 1 Large (peeled, I always chop it)


BEFORE YOU BEGIN, preheat your oven to 350°F. and grease a loaf pan(9,5-inch)

1. Pick a bowl and mix in together the brown sugar and cinnamon; set aside. Pound the white sugar and butter together in a cup with an electric mixer, just until smooth and fluffy.

2. Make sure to beat in the eggs until incorporated, 1 at a time. And please add vanilla extract.

3. You can then combine the flour and baking powder in another bowl, whisking in the creamed butter mixture. And please mix the milk until fluffy in the batter.

4. Pour half the batter into the prepared loaf tub. You'll want to add half the apples and half the mixture of brown cinnamon sugar.

5. Alright now, pat the combination of apples, lightly, onto the batter.

6. After that, you may want to pour the remaining batter over the apple layer. Immediately add more brown sugar/cinnamon mixture and finish with the remaining apples.

7. Lightly pat apples into batter; churn brown sugar mixture over apples using a finger or spoon.

8. Finally, bake in the preheated oven until the toothpick inserted in the middle of the loaf comes out clean, it takes around 30 minutes.
