As a person who is really passionate about food, my fondest memories just include food. I easily have a whole holiday schedule around dining at famous restaurants. And when I was at Disneyland, I did not pay attention to anything except the booth, stall, and food carts around me. 


One day while exploring the Magic Kingdom, I came across a little red food cart selling what has been identified as “the best hand-dipped corn dogs ever. ” 


What is obvious is that this corn dog was the greatest I have ever had Nothing beats the crunchy golden brown breading of freshly baked deep-fried rice. 


Therefore, after having made the most enjoyable vacation of my life, I realized that I would find a way to reproduce a similar experience at home.


So after many fails! I found my delicious homemade recipe for corn dogs! made with fluffy, puffy breading and tasty sweetness, you'll be amazed at how simple it is to make homemade corn dogs!


THE INGREDIENTS:


+ 5 Hotdogs.  

+ 5 large cubes.Of Mozzarella cheese.

+ 250 ml.Of Milk, about one glass. 

+ 230 gr.Of Flour.

+ 45 gr.Of Sugar.

+ 1/2 Tsp.Of sea Salt.

+ One Egg.

+ 1 small spoon.Of White vinegar.

+ Vegetable oil, as needed for frying. 

+ Spicy Mustard and ketchup, for serving.


A HOMEMADE PREPARATION: 


+ Step 1 - To cook hot dogs and cheese, put them on wooden skewers and stick them into a hot grilling plate. 


+ Step 2 - Check the need to soak the skewers first before making some skewers. 


+ Step 3 - Mix the flour with salt, sugar, egg, vinegar, and milk in a medium dish, and whisk until all ingredients combine thoroughly. 


+ Step 4 - Place the mixture into a large cup and plunge the skewers into it so they are completely covered. 


+ Step 5 - Fry the skewers in plentiful oil until browning. 


+ Step 6 - Lay out the skewers on a serving plate and put ketchup and mustard over them.
