WHAT YOU NEED :


- Cooking spray: 3 spray(s) 


- Chicken breast(s): 1 pound (uncooked boneless skinless), four 4-oz pieces


- Table salt: 1/2 tsp (divided, or to taste)


- Cayenne pepper: 1/4 tsp  (divided, or to taste)


- All-purpose flour: 1/3 cup(s) 


- Buttermilk: 3 oz (low-fat)


- Cornflake crumbs: 1/2 cup(s) 



PREPARATION : 


1. Set the temperature of your oven to 375ΒΊF and lightly coat an 13- X 8- X 2-inch baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.



2. And please season chicken with salt and cayenne pepper to taste; set aside.



3. Pick a medium-size bowl and combine in together flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Make sre you place buttermilk and cornflakes crumbs in 2 separate shallow bowls.



4. At this point, chicken should be dredged in flour mixture, coating both sides evenly. After that, you may want to dip chicken into buttermilk and turn to coat both sides. You can then dredge chicken in cornflake crumbs and turn to coat both sides.



5. You'll want to place coated chicken breasts in prepared baking dish. Last, bake until chicken is tender and no longer pink in center, it takes around 25 to 30 minutes (don't flip the chicken during baking). This should yield 1 chicken breast per serving.
