* Ingredients:

 

° 3 cups (750 ml) white chocolate chips

 

° One can (300 ml) of sweetened condensed milk

 

° 4 tablespoons of butter

 

° 12 teaspoon vanilla

 

° 1 cup (250 ml) pecan nuts

 

° 1/2 cup (125 ml) caramel sauce at room temperature

 

* Preparation:

 

In a microwave-safe medium bowl, combine white chocolate, butter, and condensed milk. Cook for 1 minute 30 seconds and mix well. Cooking athor 15 seconds & mixing very  well. Keep 16 second increments until chocolate melts, blending is smooth. Also add vanilla extract to pecans. Mix well. Lining an 8-inch (20-20 cm) Pyrex board with parchment paper. Pour the mixture into the plate until it is 1 inch thick. Divided caramel is poured over the top. Refrigerate it until firm as well. Chopping 1 inch into chunks also store in a closed dish !
