Baked Chicken Wings – Extra Crispy



No false promises here – these oven baked wings are SERIOUSLY The crispiest chicken wings baked in the oven ever !! And today, I’m sharing the secret on how to bake perfect chicken wings EVERY, are you ready !! Just follow the recipe as directed and you'll have a skin that is deliciously crisp and salty, with tender meat on the inside !! Definitely a keeper !



° Chicken wings: half kg (cleaned)

° Vegetable oil: 2 TBSP

° Paprika: 12 tspns (ground)

° Cinnamon: 1/4 tspn (ground)

° Ginger: 1/4 tspn (ground)

° Turmeric: 1/4 tspn

° Tomato paste: 1 TBSP

° Salt: 1 tspn 

° Black pepper: ½ tspn

° Sesame: 2 TBSP




1. Always preheat your oven 400 degrees before you begin.


2. Next, prepare an oven tray and belly with aluminum foil.


3. On a plate, put the chicken wings. You'll want to add vegetable oil and stir until the oil is mixed with the chicken.


4. Mix paprika, salt, pepper, tomato paste, ginger, cinnamon, turmeric and sesame in another bowl.


5. Make sure to place the chicken wings in the tray lined with aluminum foil and put the tray into the oven until the chicken becomes golden in color and soft, it takes around 45 minutes.


6. The chicken wings should be placed in a serving dish at this stage. Finally, I always serve hot with potatoes or salad as desired.
