This simple, yet delicious combination of pork chops coated with an egg mixture, bread crumbs, Canadian Parmesan, salt, and pepper results in a flavorful and fast pork dinner !! The best thing about this recipe is that you can alter any of the ingredients according to your taste, plus it makes a great option for a weeknight dinner !!
INGREDIENTS :
° Egg: 1
° Milk: 1/4 cup
° Pepper: a pinch
° Canadian Parmesan: 1/2 cup (finely grated)
° Seasoned dry breadcrumbs: 1/3 cup
° All-purpose flour: 2 tablespoons
° Dried oregano leaves: 1 c
° Lean bone-in pork chops: 4 (about 1 ¼ lb / 625 g)
° Romaine with ranch dressing
° Buttermilk: 3 c.
° Sour cream and mayonnaise: 2 tsps each
° Italian parsley: 1
° Garlic: 1 small clove (finely chopped)
° Dried thyme: 1/2 c. 1/2 tsp
° Salt: a pinch
° Torn romaine lettuce: 9 cups
DIRECTIONS :
1. To start with, your oven should be preheated at 425 ° F. Then line a baking sheet with foil, greasing, lightly, with vegetable oil.
