* Ingredients:

 

° Garlic: 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)

 

° Olive oil: 2 tablespoons

 

° Baking Potatoes: 2 large (burgundy), 12 ounces each or 1 pound total

 

° Salt and pepper to taste

 

° Parmesan cheese: 2 tablespoons

 

° Garlic powder, or to taste: ½ teaspoon

 

* Preparation:

1. Set the oven temperature to 450 degrees and the first baking sheet with tin foil and cover the baking tray with cooking spray.

 

2. Then, you can slice the potato lengthwise in half again, and each piece should be cut into inch thick slices. And please put it on the baking tray and saute with olive oil and garlic. Cover it evenly with your hands. Make sure the potatoes are evenly distributed over the entire pan. Season with a little salt and black pepper and bake in the center of the oven for 20 to 25 minutes on each side, until tender, crunchy, and golden brown. That's right, the baking time will vary depending on the thickness of the pieces and the oven. Remember to always set the timer for about 20 minutes and check it .

 

 

3. To finish, take it out of the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and a pinch of garlic powder. You can then add a pinch of salt and pepper, if desired. This should be 5 servings, about 1 cup each.
