Chicken breast fried in butter and our homemade spice mix with the most surprising cream sauce out of this world! And it is very easy!

The new home is coming together slowly but surely. I don't have a desk or table yet, nor a dining table or sofa, but the kitchen will be fully operational by tomorrow.

Now I'll let you decide what you want to do with your cream sauce.

Whether you want to drink it, sprinkle it with a spoon, or place it on top of a bed of noodles, it's entirely up to you. There are no provisions here. I promise you.

Typically, lazon chicken contains garlic, smoked paprika, onion powder, chili powder, and hot pepper. I also added a dash of Italian spice. I covered the chicken nuggets with flour to help them blanch and thicken the sauce. This is a delicious recipe

I recently bought a lovely Mauviel copper frying pan, and this is the first recipe I used for it. It turns out there is a bit of a learning curve to using copper cookware - it conducts heat much more than normal things! The first time I tested this recipe, I cooked it over a very high heat, and ended up with more chicken than necessary and the sauce method is too thick. I nearly damaged the new fryer. Excuse me. The second time, I lowered the heat by about 25% of what I normally cooked (very medium versus medium high, for example), and it worked just as I had hoped. I really like your new fryer.

* You will need just :

° 1 pound spaghetti.

° 2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken thighs.

° 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

° 2 tablespoons beef broth.

° 2 cloves of minced garlic.

° 2 teaspoons of cornstarch.

° 4 tablespoons of divided butter.

° 2 cups heavy cream.

You will need (for seasoning):

° 2 teaspoons of garlic powder.

° 2 teaspoons of onion powder.

° 1 teaspoon chili powder.

° 2 tsp parsley.

° 1 teaspoon pepper.

° 1 teaspoon paprika.

° 1 teaspoon salt.

° 1 teaspoon adobo.

* How to make :

In a large bowl, coat the chicken with all the spices and set aside.

Melt half the amount of butter in a large frying pan over a medium heat and add olive oil, garlic, meat and chicken broth. Turn it over to cook both sides of the chicken.

Add heavy cream, cornstarch, and the second half of the butter and mix well.

Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package and line up.

In a serving dish, place the chicken and sauce over the pasta and toss slightly to cover.

Bon Appetit!

Simple, easy and delicious! I love this chicken so much, if it were for me, I would have made it every day! Try it, you'll thank me later.
