Crockpot Hawaiian Chicken

* Ingredients :


° 1 can of mashed pineapple


° 1 cup barbeque sauce


° 3 - 5 boneless chicken breasts



* Directions :


Mix barbecue sauce and pineapple in a bowl.

Put the chicken in the crock pot

Pour the mixture over the chicken

Cooking over low heat is about 5-6 hours.


++ Note: You can use sugar-free barbecue sauce to reduce sugar.
