#FOR THE MARINATED SAUCE:

PREPARATION :
⏩
1. To begin with, combine the steak, soy sauce, olive oil, black pepper and hot sauce in a large bowl & leave aside to soak up the flavors while the potatoes cook.
2. Then you're going to get a large skillet and combine in a tablespoon of olive oil and a tablespoon of butter and put it over medium to high heat.
3. Meanwhile, add the potatoes and cook for about 4 minutes. Stir the potatoes and cook again until golden brown and cooked through, it takes around 4 to 5 minutes more. After that specified time has passed, transfer to a separate plate.
4. The same pot needs to be left on medium heat at this stage. You can then add the remaining butter (2 tablespoons), garlic, crushed red pepper and fresh herbs.
5. in the pan in a single layer, place the steak (the steak should not be placed on top of each other). And please reserve the marinated sauce for later use.
6. Make sure to cook the steak until it has a nice brown color, about 1 minute on each side. I always adjust the time to my preference.
7. You'll want to add the rest of the marinade sauce and cook together for approx 60 seconds just before the steak cooks.
8. After that, return the potatoes to the pan to heat them up, then season with salt and black pepper to flavor.
9. The last step is to turn off the heat and serve immediately. Finally, you may want to use crushed red pepper and a drizzle of Parmesan for garnish.
