WHAT YOU NEED FOR THE RECIPE :
– Nuts: 1 cup (chopped)
– Coconut: 1 cup
– Crushed pineapple with juice: 1 (21 oz.) cup
– Flour: 3 cups
– Sugar: 3 cups
– Eggs: 3 (large)
– Baking soda: 3 tsp
#Frosting :
– Butter: 1 cup
– Vanilla: 2 tsp
– Cream cheese: 1 (9 oz.) package
– Powdered sugar: 2 cup
DIRECTIONS :
1. To start with, blend everythhing and pour into greased pan.
2. Bake immediately at 350 for 45 minutes.
3. To prepara the frosting, mix all ingrediens well and frost cooled cake.
4. One more thing, make sure to use chopped nuts, coconut or chopped fruit…for decoration.
