Homemade chocolate chip cookies recipe



Wooow, the ultimate cookie recipe !! The combination of ingredients would make cookies which are soft and chewy in the centre while also being crunchy around the edges, just try them out !! 



° Flour: 500 ml (about 2 cups) 

° Cornstarch: 15 ml (about 1 tbsp) 

° Baking soda: 5 ml (about 1 teaspoon)

° Salt: 1.25 ml (about 1/4 teaspoon) 

° Softened butter: 180 ml (about 3/4 cup) 

° Sugar: 125 ml (about 1/2 cup) 

° Brown sugar: 125 ml (about 1/2 cup) 

° Egg: 1 

° Vanilla: 5 ml (about 1 teaspoon)

° 70% Dark Chocolate: 200 g (about 1/2 lb), cut into pieces




1. To start with, put your oven to preheat to 180 ° C (350 ° F).

2. Then you're going to get a bowl and combine in the flour with the cornstarch, baking soda and salt.

3. Next, whip the butter with the sugar and brown sugar in a separate bowl, using an electric mixer, until a creamy mixture is obtained.

4. You'll want to whisk in the egg and vanilla to the butter mixture.

5. Incorporate the dry ingredients (gradually), stirring with a wooden spoon until a paste forms.
