Mmmmmmmmmmmmm! Yasssss.....lol this recipe for Homemade King Hawaiian Rolls & Loaf is surprisingly easy and makes perfectly sweet, soft, fluffy, and golden brown rolls !!

INGREDIENTS :

- All-purpose flour: 6 cups + 1/2 cup more of flour, divided

- Eggs: 3

- Pineapple juice: 2 cups (room temperature)

- Sugar: 3/4 cup

- Vanilla: 1 teaspoon

- Yeast: 2 (1/4 ounce) envelopes

- Butter, : S1/2 cup, about 8 TBSP (melted)

PREPARATION :

1. First of all, beat the eggs in a small bowl. You'll want to add the 2 cups pineapple juice, sugar, vanilla, and melted butter.

2. Next, measure 3 cups of the flour in a large bowl and stir in your egg mixture until well-combined. And please sprinkle in the yeast packets, one at a time, mixing well.

3. You can then add the remaining 3 cups of flour, mixing well. I find it very useful to use just my hands if it becomes too difficult to stir with a wooden spoon. For thhis part, be sure all of the flour is well incorporated (you don't want your dough to be overly sticky, but tacky to the touch). You may want to sprinkle in a bit of extra flour, just a tablespoon or so at a time, if it appears too wet. Using a clean kitchen towel, cover the bowl and set it in a warm place to rise for about 60 minutes.

4. When the specified time has passed, remove your dough from the bowl and knead in ½ cup more of flour. To make sure the flour is well incorporated, I kneaded mine 10 to 15 times. You should form the dough into rolls, and/or loaf at this stage. Immediately place in buttered pans, cover and place in warm place to rise until the dough doubles in size, about 60 minutes more.

5. To finish, bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, it takes around 25 to 30 minutes. I always brush tops with melted butter, and serve warm…
