How To Make Oreo Delight

Oreo Delight is a rich, creamy, no-bake dessert with an Oreo crust, cream cheese topping, a leathery pudding layer, and crushed Oreo cookies. It is a wonderful and refreshing dessert for a summer party.

How Oreo Delight (Oreo Lush) works:

First crush the oreo either in a food processor or place them in a ziptop bag and crush them with a nail or heavy object. Set aside 1 cup of Oreo crumbs for garnishing. If you like, you can leave the crumbs to top in larger chunks, then crush the crumbs to the rind into smaller pieces. Combine the oreo crumbs with the melted butter and press the bottom of a 9 x 13 "bowl.

Next, make a layer of cream cheese. It's a simple blend of cheese, sugar and cole whip. First you need to whisk the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Then whip the sugar and finally add the cold whip. Spread over the oreo crust.

For the pudding layer, mix the pudding mixture and milk together until it begins to thicken, then pour over the cream cheese layer. Put it in the refrigerator until the pudding is set.

Spread the rest of the cold shake over the top and sprinkle with the preserved Oreo crumbs. very easy!
