Yummmmm, moist and sweet and, well, buttery πŸ˜‹πŸ˜!! Just follow the recipe as directed and you'll have a lovely, light and tender cake. Seriousely, this Kentucky Butter Cake Cookies was a new recipe for me and will definitely go in my recipe collection.

INGREDINETS :

– White cake mix: 1 box

– Egg: 2 large (whisked)

– Melted butter: 1/3 cup

#For the Glaze :

– Butter: quarter a cup

– Granulated sugar: half a cup

– Water: 1 large spoon

– Vanilla: 1 small spoon

DIRECTIONS :

1. To prepare the cookies, put your oven to preheat to 350 degrees.

2. Then you're going to get a large bowl and combine in cookie ingredients. Mix until completely incorporated (dough will be thick).

3. You’ll want to scoop cookies onto a parchment lined cookie sheet using a medium sized cookie scoop (I prefer heaping tablespoon).

4. Make sure to bake for 7 to 8 minutes. After 8 minutes, remove from oven and let cool on cookie sheet for 4 to 5 minutes. Immedfiately move them to a cooling rack. This should be repeated until all of the dough is baked.

5. To prepare the glaze, pick a small sauce pan and combine in the glaze ingredients. Next, cook over medium-low heat until the sugar is dissolved, being sure to whisk the whole time, it takes around 4 minutes.

6. You can spoon a teaspoon of glaze over each cookie and spread out at this stage.

7. And please let glaze set. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and always remember to keep the Kentucky butter cake cookies in an air tight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
