Often referred to here as cake mix cookies, or lemon cake mix cookies. While you can substitute lemon cake mix for these cookies, you've got an easy way from scratch to making them too!

* Ingredients:

° 2 eggs

° 2 cups sugar

° ½ 1 teaspoon salt

° 1 cup cold butter

° 3 cups all-purpose flour

° ¼ 1 teaspoon of baking soda

° 1¼ teaspoon baking powder

° 1 tablespoon lemon juice

° 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

° 1 tablespoon of grated lemon peel

° Natural yellow food coloring drops

* How to prepare:

In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar for 4 minutes until smooth like cream, then add eggs, vanilla and lemon peel with its juice.

Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and food coloring, and mix well, then make small cakes from the mixture.

We bake the pieces in the oven at 350 degrees for 9-11 minutes, take them out of the oven and let them cool down, and we can sprinkle the coarse sugar on them to serve.
