Maple Bourbon Brown Butter Peach Pie


My all time favorite !! This winning combination of make up the most delicious dessert to ever grace the face of the earth !!  Just follow the recipe as directed and you'll delight your friends and family with the amazing pie and you will become the requested dessert maker from here forever forward!



° Puff pastry: one

° Peache: 5 

° Rosemary: 1 sprig

° Limes: 2 

° Caster sugar: about 80 g 

° Cornstarch knife tip: 1 

° Ground hazelnuts: about 30 g

° Egg yolk: 1 (large)

° Butter: about 10 g

° Fresh cream: about 150 g (optional)




1. Before you begin, the peaches need to be peeled and cut into quarters.


2. Next, combine together 60 grams of sugar, the juice of the two limes, the rosemary and the zest of one lemon in a bowl. Immediately coat the peach quarters with the marinade. Then set aside for no less than 40 minutes in the refrigerator.


3. Then you're going to get a bowl and combine in the remaining sugar with the crème fraîche and lime zest, then refrigerate.
