Oh my goodness y'all this School Pizza is amazing π! This recipe will remind you of that rectangle-shaped pizza that you could only get at the school cafeteria on Fridays Lol. well, today I'll show you how to make it at your place...I hope you enjoy !!
INGREDIENTS :
#Crust:
– flour: 2 ⅔ cup
– powdered milk: ¾ cup
– sugar: 2 T
– rapid yeast: 1 sachet
– salt: 1 teaspoon
– lukewarm water: 1 cup (105-110 degrees)
– vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons
#Filling:
– Chuck: ½ pound on the ground
– Salt: ½ teaspoon
– Pepper: ½ teaspoon
– Mozzarella cheese: 1 block (8 oz), you'd better grate yourself (I always use imitation mozzarella shavings to be an authentic school pizza)
#Sauce (You may want to prepare sauce the day before):
– Tomato paste: 6 oz
– Water: 1 cup
– Olive oil: ⅓
– Garlic: 2 cloves (minced)
– Salt: 1 teaspoon
– Pepper: 1 teaspoon
– Dried oregano: ½ tablespoon
– Dried basil: ½ tablespoon
– Dried rosemary: ½ teaspoon (crushed)
HOW TO MAKE IT :
1. Before you beging, set the temperature of your to 475 degrees.
2. You'll want to spray the pan with Pam and lay parchment paper (Pam makes it stick)
3. Immediately, you're going to get a large bowl and mix in the flour, powdered milk, sugar, baking powder, and salt together until blended.
