• 1 Tsp.Of garlic powder.

• 1 Tsp.Of Thyme leaves.

• Sea salt.

• Freshly-Ground black pepper.

DIRECTIONS:

• Step 1- Set your oven's temperature at 350 °F first, and then melt the butter to grease your muffin tin.

• Step 2- You should split your golden potatoes into thin slices. Select and put in a big mixing bowl, then incorporate melted butter, Parmesan cheese, and spices. And please throw the combination so that the potatoes are uniformly covered.

• Step 3- You need to layer the potatoes into stacks until finished, and put them in the muffin tin in each individual muffin cup. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top directly.

• Step 4- Now, bring the muffin tin in the oven and bake until the sides are golden brown, and it requires between 55 to 60 minutes for the middle to be soft.

• Step 5- You'll want to pull them out of the oven and cool them for 5 minutes or so.

• Step 6- Be sure to garnish with Parmesan cheese, and the dried rosemary or thyme on top of the cooked potato stack.

ENJOY IT!!!
