What a classic easy taco casserole recipe !! This tasty combo of ingredients makes a delicious, filling, great tasting meal that's perfect for busy weekday dinners and it always gets devoured on taco night! 



TO MAKE THIS RECIPE YOU'LL NEED THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS : 


 


° Ground beef: 1 1⁄2 pounds


° Onion: 1⁄3 large (chopped)


° Green peppers: 1 small can 


° Enchilada sauce: 1 can 


° Cream cheese: 2 ounces 


° Fritos corn chips: 1 bag 


° Cheese: 1 bag (grated)


° Lettuce: 3⁄4 cup (shredded)


° Fresh tomatoes 1⁄2 cup (diced)


° Salsa: 16 ounces


° Sour cream: 8 ounces 


 


HOW TO PREPARE IT :


 


1. The ground beef needs to be browned with the onion.




2. You'll want to add the green peppers, enchilada sauce and cream cheese.




3. I always repeat the layers in a 9 × 13 pan as follows: Fritos chips Meat mixture Grated cheese.



4. Make sure to bake for 15-20 min at 350 degrees. For garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, salsa and sour cream to taste (for individual servings).
