The end of the summer is nearing. Some people feel sad about it, while others look up to it. Cold and rainy days can spoil your mood.

Autumn is a time of year when we enjoy beautiful dishes ... delicious Chimichangas with caramel and apple is one of them.

After successful dessert recipes (the second and third most popular on our blog) Caramel Apple Crisp and No Bake Chocolate Cheesecake Bar I decided to make this homemade baked apples chimichangas.

Apples are smiling at us from baskets at the supermarket ... There are so many great dishes that you can make with them.

To tell you the truth, my family and I were thrilled when we first tried it. We enjoyed every bite of it, the sweet taste and the aroma ... it was one of those moments of silence, just enjoying the magic of the fall.

If you still haven't tried any sweet chimichangas give it a try, I am sure you will love it. Chimichangas are best served and eaten on the same day. Enjoy πŸ™‚
