Delicious chicken slices, grilled with a mixture of garlic, parmesan cheese and panko, it is very crispy!   My children love chicken!Simply recipes like this thin chicken recipe are ideal for a quick lunch or snack after school.We are family lovers of fried chicken, chicken and cabbage.

The "topic" in these proposals is panko.I employ panko instead of bread crumbs or flour.Often used in Japanese cuisine, panko can be purchased from Asian Food Aisle grocery stores.I like panko more than ordinary breadcrumbs because of its lighter texture also smoother texture.

 * You need:  

 ° 450 grams of chicken fillet.
 ° 3 tablespoons of ghee.
 ° 1  milk cup
 ° 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
 ° A cup corn crumbs.° Season with salt & pepper.
* Follow these instructions to prepare grilled chicken easily:
The first step :
I preheated the oven to 425°F and, using nonstick cooking spray, prepared a medium-sized baking dish, setting it aside for later.
Step 2:   I put the yogurt in a bowl, mix the parmesan cheese and corn crumbs, and put it in another bowl.
Step 3: I putting tender chicken nuggets TO the yogurt also let it sit for 15 min .
Step 4: Then totally immerse each piece in cheese and breadcrumb blend to completely covering it and place it on prepared baking sheet.
Step 5:   Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Step 6:   I fried chicken for 15 minutes TO it became crispy also golden!
