Strawberry Cheesecake



Hello everyone! Well, let me just remind you that I can't do much of that. why? Because Mrs.Sari is very sensitive to strawberries!Yes, in fact I am allergic to it and will not use it to bake anything in the near future.However, I can prepare some strawberry desserts for you without risking my life. Strawberry cheesecake is one of them!To prepare this recipe, you need the following ingredients: 

 * Ingredients:  

+ crust  

° 22 Oreo Golden Crushed
° 5 tablespoons melted butter 
+ stuffing
° 4 8-ounce packages of cream cheese
° 1 2/3 cups sugar
° 1/4 cup starch
° 1 tsp of pure vanilla extract
° 2 eggs
° 3/4 cup whipping cream
° smokers jar strawberry ice cream
+ topping
12 golden Oreos, chopped and divided into 2 bowls (one for regular Oreos and one for strawberry decoration)  1 1/2 teaspoons softened butter° 3 tablespoons of a small bag of strawberry gelatin

* Directione :

Heat the oven to 350 degrees.Cover the outside of the stove with aluminum foil and apply a lot of oil to prevent it from sticking.Peel oreo, mash and add oil, then press the bottom of the detachable pan.filling.In a large bowl, add a bag of cream cheese and 1/3 cup of sugar and cornstarch.Use a blender to stir on low heat for about 3 minutes until creamy, then add the remaining 3 packets of cream.Cheese Increase the speed of the mixer and add the remaining cup of sugar, then add the vanilla and stir. Beat the eggs one by one, each egg well.  with cream.At this point, flip the filling until it is completely mixed. not to stir the dough too hard.Carefully place half of the cheese on the prepared crust.;;There is a teaspoon and a half strawberry filling.Slide the butter knife over the strawberries to soften the cheese and strawberries.Pour the other half of the batter and repeat the same steps for the strawberries.Bake, stirring gently, for an hour or until lightly shaken.Place Oreo crumbs and crumbs in a small bowl or food processor.Add soft butter and stir carefully.
