Mexican Rice Casserole

*Ingredients

°olive oil 1 tbsp
°1 onion cut into small pieces
°2 chicken breasts cut into small pieces
°¼ tsp salt
°¼ teaspoon black pepper
°4 minced garlic cloves
°¾ cup uncooked rice
°10 oz cream of chicken (1 can)
°3 cups less salty chicken broth
°2 cups of broccoli florets
°1 cup cheddar cheese
°1 tablespoon chopped parsley

*Instructions

FIRST STEP:
Taking frying pan also heat olive oil. Then adding sized onions also square cut piece chicken.
Cooking to they turn brown. Salt and pepper according to flavor. Cook another 30 seconds.
SECOND STEP:
Then put rice, chicken soup and 2 cups of chicken broth. you can add more. Fully cook the rice. This should be done in fifteen minutes.
THIRD STEP:
Add broccoli and cheese and cook another two minutes to soften.
FOURTH STEP:
Then add a blanket of cheese on top and put on a broiler until it turns brown.
Sprinkle with parsley at the end.
