Guidance for an Online reservation:

• By clicking the button "Search Now" a new window of the AZALEA HOTELS & RESORTS Corporate Website opens.

• To guarantee your reservation you have to make a prepayment over the whole amount.

• Your payment can be (only) done by credit card or bank transfer to an Austrian account. In any other case, the given rate can not be guaranteed!

• You enter your credit card number on a secure server where details are encrypted.

• You will always see a confirmation screen (if not, your reservation is not done), summarizing what you have booked and giving you a reference number (note this number e.g. GK1234).

• You will always receive an email confirming your reservation, and advising you how to amend or cancel it (I you don't receive an email, your reservation is maybe not done - please contact us in this case).
